Fees Since all coaching requirements are entirely different, my fee quotation is based on discussion with the client.
Consultation Consultations can be arranged by phone, email, in person or on Skype. I am happy to answer any questions to ensure the coaching is successful.
Booking Coaching sessions can be arranged in the client's home, business premises or other venue in the London area. Suitable working space, a clear table top and good lighting are essential. Minimum bookings are usually for one hour.
Location I am located in North London and am available for booking in the London area. Bookings in other locations may occasionally be possible by arrangement.
Confirmation Confirmation by email or in writing accepting the terms, conditions and fees are required before coaching sessions. A deposit is usually required.
Pens & Papers For individual and small group coaching sessions I will be prepared with pens and papers, and no additional materials are required. However, clients may wish to use their own familiar pens and papers. For group sessions and workshops, pens, papers and materials will be discussed upon booking.
Payment Payment is expected within 30 days of the coaching session. A deposit is usually required, with full payment upon completion of the booking. As usual with freelance work, if payment is not received within 30 days, I reserve the right to charge additional fees according to the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002 and to take possible legal action.
Payment Payment can be easily made by: Bacs, PayPal, Cash or Cheque.
Invoice All payment options will be detailed on my invoice which will be sent as soon as the booking is confirmed. I can acknowledge payment once cleared if required.
Tax I am not registered for VAT therefore no tax is payable.
Confidentiality I take confidentiality and security very seriously and maintain discretion about all private coaching sessions. I show my own handwriting samples in my website and portfolio, or selected client samples by permission.
Testimonials While I welcome client reviews and testimonials, I always retain discretion by quoting them anonymously.
Privacy I take great care over privacy and will never share or sell information to any third party. I securely store clients' names, contact details and coaching history.
Communication I may ask clients if I may contact them by email or post, no more than twice a year, to update them about my handwriting coaching services, and am happy to remove them from this communication if preferred.
Cancellation I work according to usual freelance practice: cancellations within 24 hours of booked sessions are charged the full fee. Cancellations one week to 24 hours before bookings are charged half the fee. Cancellations more than a week before bookings are charged no fee.
Illness In the unlikely event of illness preventing me from working I will inform the client as soon as possible.
Satisfaction I clarify and agree all details with the client before the handwriting work begins.
